Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY)

Sometimes we can't ship this quickly if the item is not in stock. If we can't ship your order within 1-2 business days, we will contact you by email. We will inform you of an expected shipping date. If this date is not satisfactory to you, you may give us an alternate date. Please contact us to insure the shipping date.

We ship orders via reputed courier service All items are shipped fully insured. 

We only ship to UK Mainland and charges mentioned on our website are for UK Mainland only. For other locations including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, or any other Channel Island, please contact us to know the exact shipping charges before placing an order.

Please e-mail or call us before placing an international (Outside UK Mainland) order on-line, to get the correct amount for shipping. Not all international orders can be placed through our website.

Important Shipping Policy:

We will only ship to an address listed with your credit card company / paypal.  If we are not shipping to your billing address, Please follow the instructions below.

All customers not shipping to their billing address must notify their credit card company of the "Alternate Shipping Address". This is becoming an industry standard and your credit card company will gladly assist you. Simply call your credit card company and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to give them an "Alternate Shipping Address".

If your order is placed and the shipping address is not listed with your credit card provider, the order will be delayed. An e-mail will then be sent to notify you of the delay and request you register the alternate shipping address with your credit card company. Your order will be placed on HOLD pending your reply. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we must reject or cancel your order.

Returns:

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Once you receive your furniture you have 7 days to decide if you wish to return it. If so, then you can either arrange to return the goods yourself or you can ask us to collect them from you. If you choose the latter then you will be charged the collection fees which will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging or similar. Items which are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected and a collection charge may be levied to cover cost of failed collection.

If you are not happy with your item / purchase, please report to us by email. We will assign you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which you have to enclose when returning the item.

The item postage cost is nonrefundable and all returns shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.

Several Items are not returnable under any circumstance, please ask us before you buy or see item descriptions.

To receive any refund, all exchanged /returned merchandise must be in 100% original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, and warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories.  Merchandise must be in its original box with no writing on the box or paper work included with the item. Merchandise must be shipped in a shipping box. you are responsible for any shipping charges to return the item to us. Merchandise that is returned with missing or damaged items will be returned to the customer.

To expedite your return, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us by emailing us before returning your item. All returns must be shipped prepaid and insured. Items returned without an RMA will be subject to a 15% restocking fee regardless of the circumstances. RMA's must be clearly marked on the shipping box. We are not responsible for any returns lost by the shipping company, it is your responsibility to insure and track the package.
