Can you send me a manufacturer's brochure? Our on-line store is our brochure and features all the information and images we have. If you require further information please contact us.

How safe is it to give my credit card details online?
Mysite4u use a secure server and a system from paypal / Thawte for all credit and debit card payments and we have never had a reported incident involving credit card fraud using this system. In fact, the risk of Credit /Debit card fraud is now higher when using your card in a garage or restaurant. We are so confident of our security that we will guarantee any costs that your credit card company hold you responsible for if your card is used fraudulently as a result of shopping with Mysite4u using our secure transaction system.

How can I place an order?
You can place orders over the internet, by fax, by post or phone. (We will be listing 0800 & 0870 nos shortly.)

What is the order process?
Simply browse our on line catalogue and click on "add" to any items you wish to buy, these items can be removed later if you wish. When you have finished shopping click on the "checkout" button which takes you to the order page. Enter your details and credit card information and send them to us via our secure server. You will be contacted within 2 working days to confirm the order and be advised of an anticipated delivery date.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via our secure server and can accept cheques with orders via the post.

Do Mysite4u’s prices include delivery?
Mysite4u offers free delivery on orders over £500. Order values under this amount can incur a small charge details of which can be found when checking out.
Postcodes with the following prefixes IV, KW, ZE, HS, AB, PA, and PH may incur a surcharge – even for orders under £500 – due to their remoteness  please contact us if you require more details.

What happens if I cancel my order?
For items we hold in stock, if you cancel your order prior to it being dispatched you will not incur any charges and a full refund will be applicable. If your order has already been dispatched then you may be charged for delivery. For items that have been specially ordered or made a cancellation fee may be charged.

How do your prices compare to others?
Under normal circumstances we firmly believe our prices can not be beaten. Please see our Price Promise for more details.

When will you dispatch my order?
The time it takes for a piece of furniture to come in to stock can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Once we receive an item into our warehouse it is quality checked and re-packaged for onward transportation and usually dispatched within 3 working days.

When will my goods arrive?
Most of our smaller items can be sent via a courier and can take up to 48 hrs for delivery once dispatched. Some of our very large furniture will be sent via a specialist delivery service and depending upon your location this can take up to 10 working days. You will be advised in advance of the scheduled delivery date.

We want you to be completely satisfied with the goods you have ordered and your shopping experience. If you are unhappy with any aspect of shopping with Mysite4u please contact us by email, it can take 15 mins to 45 minutes to answer your query .

What happens to my personal details?
Your personal details will remain strictly confidential and not passed on to third parties. You have the option to be kept informed of new lines and special offers when placing an order.

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely delighted with any purchase from Mysite4u and offer a 7 day money back guarantee. Upon delivery please inspect your goods and make a note on the delivery paperwork of any damage or defect. If you are not satisfied simply return the products to us in their original condition and packaging and we will refund the purchase price.
