Shipping & Delivery
We normally ship out all the In-Stock items within 2-3 working days. If however some items are not in stock, it could take upto 4-6 weeks for the delivery to arrive. In this instance we would notify you by email for the possible delays.
Please note, all our shipping charges quoted on the website are for UK Mainland only. If you are outside UK Mainland, and wish to order our product(s), please email our sales team and we will be happy to provide you a quote after consulting with a courier company as charges for these areas vary substantially.
We only delivery to the address listed on your credit card / paypal account. If you wish to deliver the product(s) to a different address please email our sales team and we will be happy to help you.
All our deliveries are monday-friday and signed for delivery, which means someone have to present there to accept the goods and sign for it. Please email us if you require delivery on a specific date or wish to arrange alternate delivery date.
Privacy & Security
We donot provide your personal data to any thirs parties except courier which needs your address and phone numbers.
Data collected by this site is used to: 
a. Take and fulfil customer orders 
b. Administer and enhance the site and service 
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns & Replacements
Returns:
If you wish to return your item, please  contact us via email and we will supply you with RMA number and return address. You will have to arrange a courier and the cost of returning an item will be paid by you.
When you return the item, we will not be able to refund shipping cost as its something we donot charge. The courier service charges for delivery and once delivered successfully its non refundable. 

In simple terms, the delivery is a service we ask from the courier on your behalf and once the item is successfully delivered, they are non refundable, hence, we will not be able to refund the shipping charges.
Replacement:
If your item is damaged/faulty, please do let us know within 7 working days via email/phone. We will do our best to make you happy and replace your faulty item with replacement parts or full item, whichever we feel neccessary. We would not accept any liability after 7 days period.
Ordering
Ordering at our website is easy, you need to select the item and press buy button. Once you are done please go to my orders / checkout and the process is quite simple and self explainatory.

If however you require any assistance at any point, please give us a call and we will guide you through the rest of the process. 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all majot credit/debit cards and paypal payment. Our prices are simple and with NO Hidden cost. VAT are all inclusive in the price unless exclusively mentioned in the product details.
All our promotions are subject to stock and availability of the items, if for some reasons the we donot have any mroe stock, we will email you and refund your full money into your account.
Viewing Orders
You can view all your previous orders and history in your account area once you log in on the website.
Updating Account Information
Please keep your account upto date and with current address/phone details. As some of these details play crucial parts if something goes wrong while we deliver your item.
